ICBC Counselling

If you've been affected by a motor vehicle accident, ICBC provides pre-approved coverage for twelve counselling sessions to customers within the first 12 weeks from the date of the crash. These sessions focus on rehabilitation, processing the emotional impacts of the accident, and reaching functional goals. We bill ICBC directly so you can focus on recovering rather than submitting receipts. If you require additional treatment beyond the 12-week early access period, your therapist will submit a treatment plan to ICBC and request additional sessions on your behalf, although a doctor's note is typically also required.
