Book an Appointment

Online booking is available for existing clients only. New clients are required to book a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to booking an initial intake appointment online. To schedule a phone consultation, email

If you are booking an initial appointment, please print, complete, and bring the Intake and Consent Form to your appointment. 

Note: Your credit card information is required to make a booking; however, you will not be charged. Payments are taken in person at the time of your appointment. 

Need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

No problem! Just follow the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, or email me. Please note for late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a 100% fee ($120).

Accepted forms of Payment:

Cash, e-transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. E-transfers must be sent prior to your appointment. You are charged in-person at the end of your session. Packages of 4 follow-up appointments are available for $470 (including taxes and fees).
